How does it work? 

You can contact us by phone, email or the contact form. 

Then you and I discuss what is wrong over the phone. 

Then you decide whether you want an appointment to have it resolved.

  And what does that cost? 

The starting rate is 65 euros for the first hour. (Even if the defect is solved after, for example, 45 minutes) 

If necessary, then 10 euros per 15 minutes. 

All amounts include travel costs and VAT and exclude used materials. 

You can pay on the spot in cash or by card.
